We are Wholesalers, selling to retail outlets across the UK and Europe.
To find out where your nearest stockist is, please contact us. From time
to time we do have end of lines or discontinued stock which we may offer
directly to the retail market as and when available. Current retail stock

2. How do I place an order?
You can email or fax us your order or contact
us on the numbers provided.

3. What is the minimum I can order?
We only accept orders of £150 and over. Return to top
4. I really like your products, but can I see them before I buy them?
We have Agents across the UK who carry a comprehensive sample range which
they would be happy to show you. If you contact us we can arrange this
for you. Alternatively, if you are in an area not covered by an Agent,
we can arrange to send you a sample.

5. Where do you deliver to and how much does it cost?
We now have customers across the UK, Ireland, Channel Islands as well as
Europe and as far as Bermuda. For mainland UK our delivery cost is £10.
For those customers outside the UK we will agree the cost prior to dispatch.
For orders over £250, delivery is free of charge. Return to top
6. How long until I receive your products once I have made a purchase
order?
Once in stock, orders are dispatched for delivery within 48 hours. On average
our clients receive their orders the week they have placed them. Return to top

8. Where are your products made?
Our products are from the tropical islands of Madagascar & Java and
are crafted from natural materials. Because they are hand-made they are
totally unique – no two products are ever the same. Return

9. How can I clean my bag?
Obviously because the bags are made from natural dyes and materials they
are not suitable for the washing machine. But they can be sponged to
remove marks. We recommend that for the lighter colours products are
treated with a stain resistance spray before use. Return to top
10. How do I know that your products are manufactured without harming
the environment?
Our products are made from only sustainable natural materials found locally
in Madagascar & Java. The environment in which they are made meet the
Fair Trade principles e.g. no endangered species are used or damaged, products
are eco-friendly and there is no exploitation of people or children. Our
supplier in Java harvests water hyacinth, a rogue plant not native to the
Region and which clogs rivers, to use as a basic weave for our bags and
linings. Also, some of our Madagascar suppliers have formed themselves
into a co-operative for the making and trade of their products. Return to top
11. What is your policy on returns and refunds?
We aim to ensure our clients are 100% satisfied with our products. If that
is not the case we would wish to have the opportunity to put the matter
right quickly and fairly. However, we would say that because our products
are made of natural fibres and dyes, if left in the sun for an extended
period they may fade. Therefore we would not refund sun damaged goods.
