2. How do I place an order?
You can email us your order or contact us on the
numbers provided. Alternatively should you prefer one of
our Agents to contact you we would be happy to arrange this.

We only accept orders of £150 and over. Return

We have Agents across the UK who carry a comprehensive sample range. If you contact us we can arrange this for you. Alternatively, if you are in an area not covered by an Agent, we can arrange to send you a sample. Return

5. Where do you deliver to and
how much does it cost?
We now have customers across the whole of the UK, Ireland,
Channel Islands as well and Europe as well as places as far as Bermuda. For
mainland UK our delivery cost is £10. For those customers outside the UK
we will agree the cost prior to dispatch. For orders over £250, delivery
is free of charge. Return

6. How long until I receive
your products once I have made a purchase order?
Because we hold stocks here in the UK we are able to
dispatch orders twice per week
for delivery within 48 hours. On average our clients receive their orders
the week they have placed them. Return

8. Where are your products made?
Our products are from Madagascar and are beautifully made
from natural materials.
They are totally unique – no two products the same. Return

How can I clean my bag?
Obviously because the bags are made from natural dyes and
materials they are not suitable for the washing machine. But they can be sponged
to remove marks.
We recommend that for the lighter colours the product is treated with a stain
resistance spray before use. Return

10. How do I know that your products are manufactured
without harming the environment?
Our products are made from natural materials found locally
in Madagascar. The environment in which they are made meet the Fair Trade criteria
e.g. no endangered
species are used or damaged, products are eco-friendly and there is no exploitation
of people or children. The Madagascar people who supply us have formed themselves
into a co-operative for the making and trade of their products. Return

11. What is your
policy on returns and refunds?
We aim to ensure our clients are 100% satisfied with our
products. If that is not the case we would wish to put the matter right quickly
and fairly. However,
we would say that because our products are made of natural fibres and dyes, if
left in the sun for an extended period they may fade. Therefore we will not refund
